The following terms apply to pricing and payment:

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun on your project
• Recurring monthly services may be canceled in accordance with the terms outlined in your individual service agreement
• Annual billing discounts are applied at the time of payment and are non-transferable

All website content, designs, copy, and materials created by OmniFlow Automation remain the intellectual property of OmniFlow Automation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their business. Ownership transfer, if applicable, must be explicitly agreed upon in the service agreement.
